Is the Processor Worth The Cash

I can honestly say if you want the best system without breaking the bank and buying the Intel core i7 extreme processors for $1000 and up then you want this processor. The 2700K is the fastest 4-core processor available at this time. Some argue the 100 MHz increase from the 2600K isn’t worth the extra like 30 dollars but for a top notch system I think that’s worth it. If you got the cash buy this processor it wont let you down.

  •  4 core/ 8-way multitask processing

The 2700k compared to other sandy bridge processors
The step down from the 2700k also known as the 2600k is the exact same processor as the 2700k it just has 100 MHz step down on its speed. The only good reason for buying the 2700k is overclocking just that little extra little bit of performance can get you quite a bit more powerful clock speed. If your not interested in overclocking and you want to saving a little bit cash go for the 2600k but I would recommend the 2700k to those who want the nicest parts in there build because if your like me I strive for the highest performance but to some people it just is not worth the money and the 2600k is usually the answer to their complaining so if your are an enthusiast the 2600k is also a good processor for the performance.
Compatibility
The Intel core i7 requires an LGA 1155 socket motherboard to be compatible, so double check your motherboard to see if it will work. This LGA package also requires DDR3 dimm modules if not they wont fit in your motherboard and you wont be to happy so double check before you spend a lot of money on all of these computer parts.
Conclusion
I am sorry I was not able to give you some benchmarks to display just how powerful this processor is. But if you want to see the build its going to be in, I will post a final video on my youtube channel in the link below so subscribe to my channel and it shouldn’t be to much longer. Now I have to say some people disagree with making the 2700k because of its small performance boost but Intel’s processors out did themselves so I have to say the 2700k is bringing home the gold.
